Shout out to my teammate and Syracuse lacrosse brother, Ricky Beast! He is the single greatest expression of win or lose, hero or zero, live or die player I have ever shared the field with. Sometimes you need to forget about the results and just let it rip!

Bivouac Coffee
If you are looking for a great new coffee product to try as we head into the fall season, I recommend my ‘Campfire Blend‘. It’s made by a local Colorado roaster whose owner gives back to Veterans any chance he gets. I only partner with products I believe in and stand by the quality. If you haven’t yet, buy some and give it a try! Buy Campfire Blend HERE!
